The Artist

The model in this image, Demi Chen, is a fantastic pastel artist. After seeing her portrait work, I immediately knew what I wanted to create with her, an inside view into her world as an artist. The abandoned house wasn't far away from where I lived. I passed it every day waiting for a reason to shoot there. When I saw the tones she was using in her work, I knew that was the perfect place.
