横

横 héng in Mandarin or よく(yoku) in Japanese is a new character I learnt which means horizontal. I learnt it the same week I was trying to find a sense to the collection of horizontal (panoramic) images I have been taking in the past years, in which, candidly as usual, I try to have as many characters in frame along a fairly straight line. Those characters have to be photogenic and the whole image has to be artistic before my eyes. The images have mostly the same length but the width varies depending on the clouds or foreground that I wanted to include. Here is a selection of this ongoing project.
